Custom Quotes, Validity, and Changes in the Estimated Costs

Because of how our business works, we make one-of-a-kind store packing items that can be customized in size, printing, materials, extras, and other ways. Quotes for prices are therefore estimates that are based on many things and can change.

Also, as per the terms of payment and contracts, we can’t promise that the prices will stay the same until the order has been made. We always let our customers know about these kinds of changes in a fast manner.

Copyrights and Brand Mark

You are the only one who can use the pictures, drawings, texts, and other things that you put on your packaging, in ads, or in other parts of your products. You agree that you won’t use anyone else’s text, picture, design, trademark, service mark, or any other copyrighted work in your goods unless you have permission to do so from the author.

You promise that any third-party rights, such as copyrights, brands, ads, and privacy, will not be violated. You also have all the rights or permissions you need to add information from other sources to your goods. The goods must also follow the laws and rules of any other party.


When you use this website to place an order, you promise that you are allowed to do so and give 7customboxes.com permission to make and ship the goods for you.

We might put your custom-made packages in our collection of work. But we won’t put drawings on our website until you give us permission to do so.

Client Guidelines

That person who makes the order is fully responsible for all the data, information, texts, photos, graphics, notes, and any other material that may be needed. So, everything you get, download, change, or share in any other way through the website will be yours.

All neighborhood rules about how to act online and what kind of information is okay must be followed. It is your agreement that you will not use the site to download, post, or send any content that is offensive, illegal, or that violates 7customboxes.com’s or a third party’s intellectual property rights or other rights.

Consumers’ content that they post is not checked, and 7customboxes.com does not promise that the information is correct, reliable, or of high quality. You should know that 7customboxes.com is not responsible for any content that you might find offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

If you or someone you’ve given your password to orders something from this website, you give 7customboxes.com free, worldwide, and non-exclusive rights to reproduce or sell it. For this reason, you agree that 7customboxes.com can use the Website’s materials and products to create, print, process, reproduce, sublicense, change, adapt, publish, show, and make secured works.

Additionally, you agree that 7customboxes.com is free to remove any pictures or content that breaks the rules or is otherwise offensive. Depending on the situation, 7customboxes.com may share content or information if forced to do so by law or because of the things listed below, or in any other unexpected case.If necessary or if you need to write a report,

Custom Themes

All drawings, photos, and works of art must be sent in CMYK format and have a size of at least 300 DPI. 7customboxes.com is not responsible for any changes in color that happen when you switch from RGB to CMYK mode. 7customboxes.com is also not responsible for pictures that look fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated because of patterns that were sent in by customers.

The final artwork and task specs sheet should include all designed, made, and produced works that have been approved by the customer. All of our work will be based on the final accepted proof after the order has been made.

Confirmations & Verifications

Customers must check the spec sheet for all the information it contains, such as shipping dates and production times, and make sure it meets all of their needs. Other than what is written in the final specification sheet, 7customboxes.com is not responsible for any wants and conditions. As the proofreader, the customer is also in charge of making sure the final artwork copies are correct. Because various designs, models, and files are made on demand, changes that were not planned for can happen. What is shown in the final proof is what is made.

7customboxes.com highly advises that the proof be made public so that the customer can check the spelling, position, and other design elements for themselves. If there are design or writing problems that the customer found and told 7customboxes.com about right away, 7customboxes.com will not be responsible.

7customboxes.com is also not responsible for making sure that show proofs approved by the customer match colors or have the right amount of ink. Design, style, text quality, picture proportions, and placement are shown on display copies, but color and density are not.

7customboxes.com tries to match the color strength of all the shades so that the color tone is full. 7customboxes.com is not responsible for how a color-tone looks in the end, unless the customer asks for a color change. In addition, coating may change the way the printed colors turn out altogether. 7customboxes.com is not responsible for how the printed product’s color looks in the end.

Resources & Materials

Please be aware that the cardstock paper we use to put on our goods is not food grade. For this type of design, everything that is needed must be put in writing. Before you place your order, please let us know if you have any special food grade paper stock needs.

Proofreading and design approvals must be done by the customer before the manufacturing process begins.

7customboxes.com is not responsible for mistakes in the printed or finished product that are caused by design alignment, wrong font use, spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes.

Colors and Visuals

7customboxes.com tries to copy the colors of the print-ready pictures as closely as possible. 7customboxes.com cannot promise color matching and ink intensity, though, because of the limitations of printing methods, the unique properties of different press layers, and the ink specifications of neighboring layers.

Since you accepted 90% of the final proof, you can be sure that the color copies will be accurate. Please keep in mind that 7customboxes.com will only promise color reproduction for your print-ready files if you pay extra for a paper proof. Please keep in mind that 7customboxes.com is not responsible for any color changes between the printed pictures and the real ones.

Indemnities

When you agree to these terms, you agree to hold 7customboxes.com and all of its partners, including their employers and employees, harmless from any claims, liabilities, fines, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, that come from or are connected to breaking these terms, as well as any lawsuit, claim, or demand that is related to any photos, images, illustrations, or other content you used in your products that isn’t part of a standard website or that is personal or copyright content.

Refund Policy

7customboxes.com will only print, make, and send you unique packing that has been approved by our quality assurance department. We reprint and make those packing goods again if there is any kind of mistake in the printing or production. So, it’s very unlikely that you will get any unique package that is of poor quality or is wrong.

The final samples are used to decide how to make and print your packaging goods. So, please look over the plan very carefully before we start the production steps. 7customboxes won’t be responsible for any mistakes that you don’t notice after you sign off on the copies.

You must let us know about the mistakes within three working days if you want a refund on any order that meets the conditions listed. We won’t be able to give returns or copies after this time. Videos and pictures can be used to show proof of damage or any other trouble.

Your case will be sent to our QC staff to be checked out. We will be responsible if there are problems, mistakes, or damage to the goods that are our fault. There are no extra fees for us to make copies of your packing and send them to you again.

Revocation & Cancellation

Any or all of the orders can be canceled by 7customboxes.com before they are printed, made, or shipped. No changes can be made, though, once the item you bought has been shipped. Orders can be stopped for different reasons at different times of production, but there are fees for doing so. Our customer service team will let you know if there are any fees for canceling.The following are some situations in which the reversal fee is charged:

  1. On-line orders have been made.
  2. Our design team worked on the plan and fixed it over and over again.
  3. The steps for printing and production have begun.
  4. Either the shipping company picked up the boxes or the goods were sent out.

From step 1 to step 2, you can cancel any buy. If you cancel the order in step 1, you will be charged $15 plus 12% of the total amount to cover fraud, bank fees, and to pay back the royalties to our Development Team. In step 2, a cancellation fee of at least 18% plus $15 of the total order amount is taken out to cover the cost of our art services.

We can still try to stop the order after step 3, but we can’t promise that the canceling request will be put on hold. If the customer wants to cancel the order in step 3 or later, 50% of the total order amount will be taken off to cover the costs of production. If an order gets to step 4, it can’t be stopped.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the United States will rule and understand these Terms. You agree that any disputes can be settled in any state or federal court in the United States.
