Return & Refund Policy
At 7 Custom Boxes, we’re committed to delivering top-quality boxes and helpful customer support. That’s why we accept returns for both damaged and undamaged items. We aim to keep the return and refund process easy to follow and stress-free.
Standard Return Time
If you want to initiate the return process for defective or non-defective items, get in touch within 2 business days with pictures or videos. You can send the items back to us via mail within 10 days of delivery. Just make sure that the items are in its original packaging.
For reprints, once we inspect and approve it, we’ll begin the reprint process. Bulk orders typically take more time to complete. If you need it sooner, we do offer rush services, but they may come with an extra fee.
Return Shipping Costs
If you’re returning an item, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost yourself.
Refunds
7 Custom Boxes offer partial refunds only. Since all our packaging is made to order and production begins once you approve it, we retain a major portion (upto 99%) of the product cost. That means we can’t offer full refunds after delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
