Refund Policy
We understand that there are times when you may need to return an item or cancel a sale. We have a strategy in place to help you with any problem you may have, whether it’s returning items or canceling sales. All orders sent to 7 Custom Boxes must follow these rules. You may have legal rights under Consumer Protection Acts that are not affected by this policy.
Refunds & Returns
The goods and services that 7 Custom Boxes provides are custom made based on what the customer wants. Because of this, the customer should inform the company if the products they receive are not what they ordered or are broken. Within three business days of getting the order, you can email info@7customboxes.com with your thoughts.
Company Side Defects
If the company is found to be at fault, they will have to redo the whole order. The company’s choice about what the flaw is and who is responsible for it is final. Within 7 business days, the customer will return the whole order back to the company and pay for the shipping himself. Customers will show proof of problems by sending digital photos of the damaged items in order to get their orders remade.
Client-Side Defects
The customer will have to send us the whole order if the product they bought turns out to be broken and they still want their money back. When you get your refund, the costs of shipping, setting up the goods, printing, and bills will be taken out.
Order Cancellation
As soon as you agree with the proof, we send the jobs to the press department. Once you approve the proof, you only have 4 hours to back out of the sale. If you change your mind about your order after it has been processed, you will be charged a rate equal to 5% of the total cost. People who want to cancel an order must do so within 12 to 24 hours.
There will be no refund if you change your mind about your order after it has been sent to the press. The other option is that we can give you a warehouse space for free. The order can be sent whenever you need it.
